Smoky Mn. Salmon Dip
- 1.5 Cups Morey's Smoked Salmon flaked fine & set into mixing bowl
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Dude Ranch
- 1/4 cup onion chive cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- cracked pepper
- Dippers: Choose a combo of baby cukes sliced in 1/2 and then quartered, red bell pepper & yellow bell pepper slices, sliced chiogga beets... what ever sounds and looks and tastes good! (crackers-bread sticks, your fingers:-)
To Prepare Dip: in a small blender or food processor whip together the lemon juice, cream cheese, Salad Girl Dude Ranch, 1/2 the dill weed and then use a spatula to scrape every bit of this yummy mix onto the flaked salmon, fold together well, put into pretty dippin' dish, decorate with dill weed sprig, surround with veggies & voila! Get to some dilly-icious dippin'! Enjoy
