Serves 6-8

• 1 head romaine, chop large  
• 4 - 6 minute jammy soft-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, sliced 1/4
• 1 1/2 cups Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese, shave
• 2 C croutons, crumbled *
• Salad Girl Lemony Caesar Organic Dressing

Prepare Caesar:  Gently toss romaine leaves with dressing, croutons, and cheese. Serve right away.

Optional:  Add grilled chicken, fish, steak, or bacon
