Minnesota Creamy Apple & Wild Rice Salad
Serves 4-6
- 1 1/2 C Wild rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 1/2 C Honey Crisp Apples, chopped bite size
- 3 C Power slaw ie: chopped red & white cabbage, broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts...
- 1 C Pecans, roasted and crumbled
- 1 C Dried cranberries
- 1/2 C Red onion, chopped
- *1/2 C Heavy whipping cream (optional but soooo good!)
- 2 T Maple syrup
- 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Sweet & Sassy Dressing
- 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Crisp Apple Maple Vinaigrette
To Prepare: W
oss all ingredients together, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
