Bosc Pear & Roasted Golden Beet Salad
Serves 6-8
- 5 oz Organic Mixed Greens
- 2 C Roasted Golden Beets, sliced bite-sized
- 2-3 Bosc Pears, sliced bite-sized
- 1/2 C Golden Raisins
- 1 C Sartori Merlot Bellavitano Cheese, grated
- 1/2 C Pepitas, roasted
- 1/8 C Rosemary Leaves, fresh stemmed
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette
To Prepare: Arrange mixed greens upon a pretty platter, plate or salad bowl. Sprinkle with cheese, decorate with beets, pear slices, golden raisins, rosemary leaves, & pepitas. Just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
