Warm Lemony Brussels Sprout Salad
- 30 Whole Brussels Sprouts, remove outer leaves, trim stem & cut in 1/2's
- 1/8 cup of Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes chopped fine
- 2 Tblsp. Lemon Zest
- 1/2 C. crumbled Pistachios
- 1/2 Bottle Salad Girl Organic Lemony Herb Vinaigrette
To Prepare: Toss Brussels Sprouts with olive oil salt & pepper. Air-fry 375 in two 12 minute batches. Sprinkle with sundried tomatoes, lemon zest, and crumbled pistachios. Drizzle with 1/4 cup Salad Girl Organic Lemony Herb Vinaigrette!
