5 oz container of fresh mixed organic greens
2-3 fresh ripe but firm Golden Bartlett Pears & Red Pears sliced bite sized (to keep from browning, slice & gently toss with a magic mix of 1/8 cup rice vinegar mixed with 1/4 cup H2O & 2 tablespoons honey), pour off. Can keep mix in fridge for apples & beets!
3 oz wheel of Alemar Cheese Co.’s Apricity Camembert Cheese frozen & set out for 15 minutes before preparing salad.
1.5 Cups toasted & salted hazelnuts
1 Bottle Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate & Pear Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Arrange fresh greens upon a pretty salad plate, platter or in a bowl, grate Apricity over greens, decorate with pears, sprinkle with hazelnuts, and just before serving drizzle with Salad Girl’s Pomegranate Pear Organic Vinaigrette.
