Bosc Pear & Roasted Golden Beet Salad
Serves 6-8
- 5 oz Organic Mixed Greens
- 2 C organic roasted golden beets sliced bite-sized
- 2-3 organic Bosc Pears sliced bite-sized
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 C grated Sartori Merlot Bellavitano cheese
- 1/2 C roasted pepitas
- 1/8 C fresh stemmed rosemary leaves
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate & Pear Vinaigrette
To Prepare: Arrange mixed greens upon a pretty platter, plate or salad bowl. Sprinkle with cheese, decorate with beets, pear slices, golden raisins, rosemary leaves, & pepitas. Just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
