Cuke, Cantaloupe, Chevre Salad
Serves 6
- 7 oz mixed greens
- 2 C cantaloupe, cut in small triangles
- 1 English cucumber, sliced in triangles
- 1/2 C fresh chives, chopped
- 6 chive blossoms for garnish
- 1 C sugar snap peas, chop diagonal (slice 6 lengthwise and save for garnish)
- 1/2 C marcona almonds
- 1 C Chevre, crumbled
- Salad Girl Organic Toasted Sesame & Ginger, Citrus Splash, Lemony Herb or Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Divide greens among pretty Summer salad plates. Decorate with melon, chives, cucumber, cheese, and almonds. Right before serving, drizzle with your choice of Salad Girl.
