Cowboy Cobb Salad
This is our local twist on a Cobb Salad featuring two, great tasting, Minnesota companies: Eichten's smoked gouda and our Organic Dude Ranch Dressing. Add in heirloom tomatoes, black beans, sweet corn, and rotisserie chicken for a delectable entree salad.
