• Revol Greens Arugula 
• 2 Avocados, ripe but firm, peeled and cubed
• 2 Thousand Hills Cattle Farm tenderloin steaks grilled, cooled, sliced
• 24 Coastal Seafood wild caught cooked & peeled shrimp
• 2 Bushel Boy Bubba Tomatoes, cubed, salted & peppered
• 1 C St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese

To Prepare: Divide and arrange greens upon dinner sized plate. Decorate with tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, steak bites, and shrimp. Dress with your choice of one of the following:

• 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Organic Sweet & Sassy whisked with 1/2 C organic whipping cream, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp horseradish 
• 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Organic Dude Ranch whisked with 1/2 C organic whipping cream, 1/2 tsp med cracked black peppercorns, and 1/2 C St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese
• Drizzle with Salad Girl Organic Lemony Caesar
