Fresh Fig & Minnesota Little Lucy Brie Salad
- 5 oz container of fresh mixed organic greens
- 6-8 fresh fresh ripe figs sliced bite sized
- 1/2 wheel, 3oz of Minnesota Red Headed Creamery’s Little Lucy brie, frozen & set out 15 min before grating on fresh greens
- 1 1/2C salted & toasted pepitas
- 1/2C thinly sliced red onion
- 1 Bottle Salad Girl Curry & Fig Organic Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Arrange fresh greens upon a pretty salad plate, platter or in a bowl, grate greens with cheese, decorate with sliced figs, sprinkle with pepitas, and just before serving drizzle with Salad Girl Curry & Fig Organic Salad Dressing.
