3 Chili Peppered Pineapple Slaw
Serves 6-8
- 20 oz Kale Slaw blend
- 3 chili peppers according to your heat-eat-ability
- 2 C pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 C cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 C red onion, chopped
- 1/4 C green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 C pepitas, roasted
- 1/2 C Salad Girl Chili Limon + 1/2 C Salad Girl Sweet & Sassy
To Prepare: Whisk together Salad Girl Organic Chili Limon and our creamy Sweet & Sassy Dressing. Pour over all ingredients, and toss together. Tasty as a side dish, top your burger or taco.
