Microgreens or mixed salad greens
- Salad Girl Chili Limon, Dude Ranch, or a 50/50 blend of the two
When asparagus isn't in season, try turkey bacon, lox with a thin layer of cream cheese, radishes, fresh or sundried tomatoes.
Prep ingredients. Mash avocado on toast and top with ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with microgreens and pepitas.
