Lemony Herb Pesto Pasta Bowl
Serves 4
Our Minnesota Pesto
- 1 C Salad Girl Organic Lemony Herb
- 2 C Revol Greens arugula
- 1 C walnuts
- 1 C parmesan
Whirl ingredients in a blender, and store in fridge until ready to use.
Pesto Pasta Bowl
- 2 C pasta, cooked & cooled
- 2 C grilled or roasted chicken, cut bite size
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 C chickpeas
- 1 C walnuts, crumbled
- Revol Greens Romaine Crunch
Toss all ingredients together with 1/2 cup of pesto or more to taste. Scoop onto a nest of Revol Romaine.
