Red, White, & Blue Salad
Serves 6
- 7 oz fresh Revol Greens Spring Mix
- 2 C ripe Bing cherries, pitted
- 1/2 C red onion, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 C blueberries
- 1 C walnuts, crumbled
- 1 1/2 C St Pete's Select Faribault Blue Cheese, frozen and grated
- Salad Girl Organic Blueberry Basil or Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Arrange greens on a platter or divide among individual salad plates. Sprinkle with blue cheese, onions, blueberries, cherries, and walnuts. Just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl Organic Dressing.
