Local Minnesotan Salad

- 4.5 oz MN Revol Greens Mixed Blend
- 1 ripe bunch asparagus tips, blanched crisp and cooled
- 2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 good sized MN Northern Waters Smokehaus smoked trout 8 oz fillets, skin removed, 1" pieces
- 1.5 C walnuts
- 1.5 C MN Stickney Hill Dairy Chevre, crumbled
- 1/4 C organic whipping cream
- 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Organic Dude Ranch
To Prepare Salad: Divide greens upon some pretty summer salad plates or a platter; decorate with asparagus, crumbled Chevre, bite size pieces of trout, and walnuts; and sprinkle with 1 tbsp chives and dill. Whisk together 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Organic Dude Ranch with organic whipping cream, a tablespoon of dill and chives, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Drizzle over salad.
